Flexibility and global operation

The event designs received from us are preliminary and open proposals to be modified. The final scenario of the events is the result of our concepts and clients’ wishes. We do not limit ourselves to the locations selected by us. We are wherever our business partners want us to be.

Clear cost calculation

Along with a specific draft, you receive the cost calculation with unit prices, which allows our partners to modify the proposed budgets in a clear and legible way, knowing just how to distribute or swap emphasis points to make the execution meet their needs and expectations.

Communication

Prior to the event, the agenda is prepared for the participants in the form of an email or as a more traditional… but conceptual… invitation. First, it builds up the excitement for the event and secondly, the guests know where, when and to what kind of atmosphere to expect. They don’t necessarily need to find out everything at once, that way the event will be a nice surprise for them.

Timing

The event agenda awaits them at the meeting location, with the schedule and layout of the places for conferences, meals, dancing events, integration events, etc. Along with clear marking of the structure, it will facilitate the effective realization, and the guests will perfectly enjoy the event’s activities.

Site inspection

Each project is preceded with a site inspection, to which our clients are also invited. We meet our subcontractors there, verify the locations, and check the infrastructure. During repeat visits in a given place, we do not fall into a routine but prepare another premiere event. The result is a verified product for the client, with the quality we can pledge for.

EWM team

The EWM team is built with competent and nice people who are always ready to extend a helping hand with their knowledge. It is all branded, intercommunicated and visible during the meeting. Each group is always assigned a dedicated manager as the direct coordinator and supervisor of the entire process.

Gobo

Within the cooperation, each client receives a gift gobo from us, a light logo of their company, which accompanies the guests during the evening part of the meeting. Aesthetics and easy name exposure (brand) on any surface (including large areas) such as a building façade, makes a pleasant addition to the event while providing a more individual and “branded” nature to the meeting.
